The Gyeonggi Province asked if it could receive the vehicle numbers registered in the parking data system from Agriculture and Marine Product Agency of the City of Guri according to the Art.18(2) and (5) of Personal Information Protection Act with a view to providing guidance on driving restrictions on the decrepit disel vehicles.

○ Resolution

The City of Guri at Gyeonggi Province can receive the vehicle numbers registered in the parking data system from Agriculture and Marine Product Agency of the City of Guri to provide decrepit disel car owners visiting the Guri agriculture and marine product wholesale market with a prior notice on the driving restrictions on the decrepit disel vehicles under the Special Act on the Improvement of Air Quality in Seoul Metropolitan Area.
