○ Inquiry

Government Buildings Management Service of Ministry of Interior and Safety asked if it could be provided from Tax Office with the registration numbers of private business owners who failed to pay the fees for the use of national property in order to collect their debts in accordance with the Art.38(1) of State Credit Management Act, Art.84(7) of Enforcement Decree of State Property Act, and Art.24(1)(1) of Personal Information Protection Act.

○ Resolution

Government Buildings Management Service of Ministry of Interior and Safety canNOT be provided with the registration numbers of those who have already been authorized to use the national property on the ground for collecting the debts including accrued usage fees and interests.
