- Would it be the violation of Personal Information Protection Act for Dongducheon-si to be provided with video data by connecting a dedicated line to servaillance cameras in Yeongcheon-gun, whose purposes are to prevent and monitor any vehicle-related crimes

- It is the violation of Personal Information Protection Act for Dongducheon-si to be provided with video data originally collected for the prevention of vehicle-related crimes from Yeongcheon-gun, for another purpose to check, upon an urgent request from police, if the stolen vehicle passes the boundary line between Yeoncheon-gun and Donducheon-si.
